Under normal conditions, there are water molecules (moisture) in the air that cannot be seen with the naked eye. When the compressor works, it compresses the air it draws from the environment. The moisture in the compressed air turns into water. Moisture and water are always present in compressed air. The moisture in the compressed air carried into the system by the compressor must be removed from the system. If moisture is not removed from the system, the system begins to become inefficient and the need for maintenance increases. As a result, it leads to negative financial statements such as loss of production and increase in maintenance costs.

Air dryer is a device that dries the moist air in the compressed air system. In accordance with their operating principles, compressors send some moisture from the air they use to the system. The transfer of moisture into the system is considered a problem for compressed air systems and this problem occurs in hot weather or when the compressor head (air producer) is not cooled well. A compressed air dryer device is used to minimize the moisture transferred by the compressors to the system.
